We are looking for an experienced Head of Employer Engagement to lead our established team. You will develop and implement strategies to effectively engage employers, ensuring impactful and mutually beneficial partnerships. Your work will support students and graduates in securing graduate-level employment, internships, placements, and mentoring opportunities.

You will build and maintain relationships with local, national, and international employers, enhancing the university’s reputation in the professional marketplace. By monitoring trends in the graduate and professional recruitment market, you will ensure our students are well-positioned with relevant recruiters.

Collaboration is key, as you will work with stakeholders to share critical information on labour market trends. Leading your team, you will promote employability initiatives and broader university opportunities, including Degree Apprenticeships, Research and Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise.

You will oversee data collection and analysis to inform strategic planning and continuous improvement. Ensuring compliance with legal, professional, and quality standards, you will also manage the budget for employer engagement activities and handle stakeholder contracts and agreements.
