About the post
Bloomsbury Institute is a higher education provider, regulated by the Office for Students, delivering undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Accounting, Business, and Law.
It prides itself on providing students with access to a transformative higher education experience, recruiting students that have the potential, attitude and aspiration to succeed. This is key to it fulfilling its broader vision of offering students from all backgrounds and life stages the opportunity to define and pursue success through education.
Bloomsbury Institute is based in the heart of London with excellent teaching facilities in Euston Road, and an office building in Bedford Square. It is a small HEI, but it has a big heart and strong sense of community.
We are now seeking to appoint a UKVI Compliance Officer to undertake international Student Sponsor activities (including the drafting and issuing of Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CASs) to international applicants), ensuring full compliance with the UKVI’s Immigration Rules and Student Sponsor Guidance, and the Institute’s policies and procedures. The post-holder will report to the UKVI Compliance Manager.
In addition, the UKVI Compliance Officer will assist the UKVI Compliance Manager with other compliance-related activities as required.
