This position is initially for a 24 month fixed term contract, employed by Teesside University but working at Ford Aerospace premises day to day. Your role will be to work with the company and academic team to develop new product and systems to enhance Ford's materials science innovation capabilities which utilise state-of-the-art adhesive bonding and conversion coating techniques. This will enable the creation of new products which will support significant business growth.
The appointed candidate will have access to a dedicated £4,000 training budget tailored towards their personal development, access to industry leading technology and supervision from a leading academic research team from Teesside University.
