About the Role
The post is based in the Trauma Sciences research team (https://www.c4ts.qmul.ac.uk/) within the Centre for Neuroscience, Surgery and Trauma. The successful candidate will work closely with the Clinical Trial Manager and other C4TS staff at the Blizard Institute and the Royal London Hospital. They will be responsible for ensuring that the data recorded is accurate, and handled and processed securely.
About You
The post holder will have excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills, ideally with previous administrative experience. Applicants with knowledge and an understanding of data protection is desirable. Applicants will have previous experience in providing data support as part of a multidisciplinary team, prior experience in a health care setting and/or clinical trials would be beneficial.
About the School/Department/Institute/Project
The Blizard Institute was established in 2003 and is one of six Institutes within the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, QMUL. The Institute comprises approximately 360 staff based in four academic Centres and one Public Engagement Centre, and supports a combined total of c700 postgraduate research and taught students. The Institute aims to deliver excellence in all aspects of research, teaching and clinical service.
