The University of Reading is looking for a new member to join its CRM Team.
The role is to provide Support to the Dynamics 365 CRM Re-Implementation project, which is to implement an updated version of Dynamics 365 CRM to our user base. From helping to support the team in the delivery of Power Platform Apps and custom developments, to providing training and guiding users on how to use new features of it Dynamics 365 platform.
You will have that unique blend of skills that allow you to test, train and support our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform suite of applications. Working with both business users and our business partner to deliver a quality solution that meets the current and evolving needs of the University. A “can-do” way of thinking along with a customer focused approach to work is required.
