For a year whilst the current post-holder is on maternity leave, we’re looking for an experienced customer communications and engagement professional to deliver and refine a well-established framework for optimising the prospective student experience from interest in UAL, though the application journey and, where applicable, into enrolment.
You’ll report to the Head of Prospective Student Engagement and Communications and will lead a team of three Communications and Engagement specialists, working within a wider department responsible for Student Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions. You’ll connect with peers in College teams too to ensure a co-ordinated approach for UAL’s applicants.
About you
You have significant experience of higher education marketing and recruitment, specifically the student journey from discovery to enrolment across UK and international markets.
You’re able to hit the ground running, drawing on accomplished customer conversion campaign development, delivery and evaluation skills, underpinned with excellent copywriting and content creation expertise.
You build internal relationships quickly, and utilise consultation, negotiation and influencing abilities to achieve collective results.
