We are looking for a Coordinator to support the Research for Equitable Access and Learning (REAL) Centre focusing on education and international development within the Faculty of Education at the University of Cambridge. The postholder will provide efficient coordination and support to the REAL Centre and its Director. This will include, but is not limited to, supporting the Centre's research projects, events and outreach. The postholder will support the Director in the coordination, promotion and development of the work of the Centre. The postholder will liaise closely with members of the REAL Centre (including Faculty staff, postdoctoral early career researchers and PhD students), as well as with the Centre's partners and funders across the world.

Our ideal candidate will be educated to at least degree level (or equivalent), and will be highly competent in standard software packages. You should have proven experience in project management, including writing reports to funders, and preparing and maintaining budgets for projects. You should also have experience in planning events (including hybrid) and publicity, and in organising travel and other associated support. You will also have the ability to support academic research outputs, such as by copy-editing. You will need to be able to prioritise your own workload, and will have excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to relate to people from a diversity of cultures and across a range of professional roles.
Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 18 months in the first instance.
