Chief Operating Officer

Full time, split place of work between Reading and home

Salary circa £110,000 FTE pa DOE plus benefits 

UCEM, the leading provider of supported online education for the built environment, is seeking an experienced senior leader who will oversee key operational functions and help steer the institution towards ambitious goals. 

As Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for leading all four core functions of UCEM’s institutional operations to ensure exceptional and high standards of impact, productivity, workplace effectiveness and culture. 

To ensure sustainable organisational and financial growth, you must be a qualified finance professional with the ability to support elements of the evaluation and execution of potential partnerships and collaboration, with education and industry partners. You will lead and manage four departments, developing a strategic vision for the evolution of these departments.
