An exciting opportunity to join the Student Mobility team to work on supporting delivery of short term mobility programmes to students. The Education Strategy states that we will ‘enhance opportunities for physical and virtual mobility for our students, contributing to their skills development and employability’. Short Term Mobility presents students with the opportunity to gain short international experiences outside of term time. This role will provide administrative and operational support to enable effective student communication, marketing of opportunities and delivery of programmes. This post will also be responsible for supporting the Short Term Mobility Manager with management of the Turing Scheme, a government funded scheme providing financial support to students undertaking an international experience during their time at university. This post will be responsible for processing Turing Scheme grants, providing students with funding support during their various international experiences from 4 weeks to a full year abroad.
The successful candidate will also work with other members of the team on organising events for future year abroad students, recruiting and managing student ambassadors to support at events, as well as leading on the organisation and operational delivery of the SJTU/Warwick Global Challenge.
