Are you passionate about supporting educational programs and committed to providing exceptional administrative services? As a Senior Administrator in our School of Education, Learning and Communication Sciences (SELCS), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support for our undergraduate, postgraduate, apprenticeship, and professional development programs.
In this role, you will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to manage a variety of tasks including admissions, course administration, and quality assurance processes. You’ll be the point of contact for students, staff, and external partners, ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently and with the highest level of customer service. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to refine and implement new processes and systems.

About You
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in an administrative role within a busy, customer-focused environment. You should be confident in handling confidential matters with discretion and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Your IT skills will be essential, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
We are looking for someone who understands the importance of the student experience and can relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds with courtesy and professionalism. You should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.
A background in university administration and familiarity with systems such as SITS, Moodle, or e-vision would be an advantage, although not essential.
