We have an exciting opportunity in the School of Chemical, Materials and Biological Engineering, University of Sheffield for a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Associate with experience in (bio)process modelling, chemical process modelling, process digitalisation or similar. In this role, the postdoctoral research associate will work in an interdisciplinary team and support the development of model-based process monitoring and automation capabilities for a transformative, continuous, compact, end-to-end, multi-product mRNA process-in-a-box: the RNAboxTM.
We are looking for independent researchers who have demonstrated their ability to perform and ideally publish high quality research. You will possess a PhD or a good honours degree or equivalent research experience in (bio)chemical engineering or a related discipline. Manufacturing process modelling or chemical process modelling or similar skills are essential.
