At UCA we are looking to grow our family of technicians and are seeking a Technical Tutor in Adobe Applications.
You will need an expert level of experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software, especially, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
Knowledge of Adobe Substance, Clo3D or the willingness to undertake development to become knowledgeable in this software.
Experience in 3D software for Fashion applications would be advantageous.
Additionally, a high level of experience relating to photography, video, design, web, UX and social media.
Experience and knowledge of large format digital design and printing.
A PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification, or the willingness to undertake the development to become qualified.
Adobe Certification as ‘expert’ or ‘instructor’ or the willingness to undertake the development to become qualified.
Experience of teaching and supporting learning within digital disciplines, at a range of levels, and to students with specific learning differences.
Experience in visual communication is advantageous, alongside a confident use of MS Office and general IT skills.
You will be able to demonstrate a positive and flexible approach when supporting both students and staff. This is a dynamic role that needs excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to apply initiative, problem solve and work as part of a team.
