The Education Support Team are looking for a Student Experience Officer to join the team and continue to improve the student experience of our students, from Undergraduate, Postgraduate (taught & research) to our online cohort of students.

About the role
This role leads on a wide range of student experience activities in the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN). The role will support the Student Experience Manager in delivering a programme of student engagement (e.g. improving communication within the Faculty) as well as curriculum development activities (e.g. student feedback); cohort/network-building activities (e.g. social events celebrating student achievements, guest lectures and welcome/induction activities); and student partnership initiatives. The role will also work collaboratively on broader strategic objectives (such as community building).
This is a full time (35 Hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract.
We operate a hybrid working policy. The successful candidate will work in our offices in Denmark Hill, for a minimum of two days per week. These days can vary, and also increase, based on operational need and events.
