We have an exciting opportunity for you to become a key member of the Campus Services team where you will work alongside colleagues providing a range of activities which support Estates and Facilities Management across the University of Sheffield.
The Transportation office is a busy and complex operational environment and as Administrative Transportation Support Assistant, the main duties of your role will be to provide a comprehensive Administration support function across a large, diverse, and complex department. The role also includes, driving a range of cars and light goods vehicles, in and around campus and taking off site for servicing.
You will have a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience, whilst providing exceptional service delivery. Working in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail and sound problem-solving skills are essential, and the ability to work on your own initiative, but also as a supportive team member is crucial.
This role requires excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks, ensuring that work conforms to agreed University standards, guidelines, and procedures.
