Are you passionate about marketing and communications? We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the University’s marketing activities to enhance student recruitment.
You will assist in creating and maintaining web content, write and proofread copy for digital and print communications, develop and support email communications and direct mail activities, and commission and manage content assets, including images, graphics and videos. You’ll work with external suppliers for design, production, and photography needs, as well as edit and repurpose assets using Adobe Creative Cloud apps. You’ll support robust marketing processes and project delivery throughout recruitment cycles, whilst building effective relationships with colleagues and participating in recruitment events.
A degree or equivalent educational or work-based experience that has involved English or Marketing content is required. You’ll also have experience in briefing external agencies, copywriting, and using Adobe Creative Cloud apps such as Photoshop and InDesign, as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
We offer an excellent employment package including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties).
