About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to support the research activities of the group of Mucosal Infection and Immunity and participate in an ongoing programme of vaccine development for numerous pathogens, including Ebola, Lassa, Marburg, Rabies, influenza, SARS CoV2 and HIV. Funded by the NIHR Imperial Biomedical Research Centre you will be part of a large network of scientific collaborations and will contribute to innovations in monoclonal antibody discovery. You will have the opportunity to exploit resources from numerous trials to isolate valuable monoclonal antibodies.
What you would be doing:
You will isolate monoclonal antibodies from healthy subjects of vaccine clinical trials to assess vaccine effectiveness, study antibody repertoire and identify useful antibodies for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
