Do you have a passion for transforming lives through education in a growing School of Health Sciences? We are expanding our academic team, with a range of posts available for people who can bring innovation and enthusiasm to our education environment.
About you
We are looking for people with experience and skills related to higher education, who can contribute to our education programmes. You may be a registered nurse or other health professional or have substantial experience of healthcare education and you should be educated to master’s or PhD level, demonstrating strong interest and success in education.
You will have skills to support the University’s transformational goals through learning, teaching, assessment and scholarship activities, which aim to provide an excellent student experience.
The role
Your learning and teaching activities will be focused on contributing to our pre-registration nursing and wider postgraduate programmes. Your scholarly activity will be linked to educational innovation, excellence and development.
We welcome applications from people who meet the essential criteria and are particularly interested in applicants with experience in child nursing, mental health nursing and infection prevention and control.

Successful candidates can negotiate to be based on either the Dundee or Kirkcaldy campus, to accommodate travel and family commitments. However, candidates must be prepared to travel between campuses for teaching and other activities. We also support hybrid working.
