This post is full time (35 hours p/w) and open ended. Relocation assistance will be provided where appropriate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join the University’s Estates Directorate.

In this role you will support the Head of Technical Services and the Building Surveying Manager, contributing to the development and implementation of policy and procedures through the provision of professional building surveying expertise.

You will be responsible for providing technical surveying guidance on building architectural, fabric and associated infrastructure and manage maintenance programmes across the University Estate.
