About the role:
IT Services delivers all aspects of information-technology service and support across ARU, providing a first-class experience to our students, staff and other stakeholders as they pursue their studies and work on campus and beyond.
This is your opportunity to take a leading role in our Service, leading the support of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft EntraID along with a growing portfolio of aligned cloud services that are in use across ARU. You will manage an escalated support team responsible for the operation, maintenance and support of our productivity, collaboration and communications solutions.
With a degree or relevant professional qualification at degree level and evidence of continuing professional development, you will have experience of cloud service provision, provider liaison and technical team management.
While knowledge of Microsoft 365 and aspects of Microsoft Azure and are essential, we recognise that this is an area of significant growth in the industry and are committed to enhancing the post holder through a structured programme of training and development.
Interviews are scheduled for the week of 30 September 2024 and will be held in person on campus.
