This is a 2-year fixed-term contract based at our Walsall Campus.
We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Adult Nursing within the Faculty of Education, Health and Well-being.
For this role you will be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council as a registered nurse (any field of practice). You will be expected to deliver innovative, high-quality teaching across a range of modules, provide support to staff and students in the education setting.
The School of Nursing is a progressive and an influential sector leader with a strong belief in research-led and transformative education demonstrated through inclusive student success. At the heart of our vision is a commitment to delivering high quality education, skills, and research in partnership with the communities we serve. The school has over 150 staff and includes a wide range of professionally qualifying healthcare courses. We deliver courses in nursing, nursing associate, public health, and continuing professional development. We are expanding our provision to offer hands-on teaching of nursing and healthcare professional skills through a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art skills facilities, including immersive simulation and advanced clinical labs.
