ABOUT THE POST
We are seeking to appoint a Student Money & Accommodation Adviser as part of the Student Money & Accommodation Advice Team. Candidates should have experience and expertise in delivering Student Funding Advice and some knowledge of Accommodation advice to students and staff. They will be familiar with relevant legislation (benefits legislation and Student Finance regulations) and the implications for the University.
The post- holder will also play a key part in the assessment and running of the University Hardship Fund and a understanding of this is desirable. S/he will have a flexible and proactive approach to the work. Some evening and weekend work is required throughout the year. The University operates a Hybrid working approach.
This post will be subject to a standard DBS check.
