Are you ready to revolutionize supply chains and drive impactful change? The Supply Chain Innovation Forum is seeking a pro active and forward-thinking Lead Engineer (Senior Supply Chain Associate) to be at the forefront of accelerating and embedding supply chain innovation among our esteemed member companies.
This position is at the crux of accelerating and embedding supply chain innovation. In partnership with WMG, the role primarily focuses on establishing robust connections with senior operations and supply chain leaders. Additionally, the Lead Engineer will be intricately involved in cultivating collaborations with WMG's business development team, thereby expanding and nurturing strategic partnerships. A significant part of the responsibilities includes engaging with companies for SCIP membership, delivering agreed objectives and growing the portfolio of companies. It also includes overseeing meticulous organization of SCIP events, guaranteeing the selection of pertinent themes, acquiring eloquent speakers, and enhancing the overall event experience. Engaging with various industry partners, the Lead Engineer will discern specific supply chain needs and subsequently curate and deliver groundbreaking solutions. Armed with research insights, the role also entails offering captivating workshops and presentations tailored specifically for senior executives.
About You
You will be a seasoned Supply Chain Expert: Your background in Operations or Supply Chain, preferably from a consultancy or advisory background, provides you with valuable expertise in strategy and Supply Chain strategy. You will also be able to demonstrate strong Stakeholder engagement and have proven experience in leading large-scale change and transformation initiatives, showcasing your critical thinking and problem-solving prowess.
