The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is one of the world’s leading universities. The Human Resources Division within LSE supports all people management activity across the School and is committed to delivering high quality and customer-focused services. We currently have an opportunity for a learning & development professional to join our Organisational Learning and Development team. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a diverse and interesting environment and contribute your skills and experience within an established, high-performing team.
In this exciting role you will both support, deliver and manage projects across Organisational learning that support staff in the LSE 2030 Strategy and their development School-wide.
We are looking for someone who has experience of working in Organisational Learning and Development, supporting a complex and diverse organisation. You will have experience of providing administrative support of cross-organisational learning projects. You will be flexible and possess a positive and proactive attitude and approach to team working in a heavily customer-focussed environment. You will have a history of using a learning management system, scheduling, and marketing courses, liaising with external suppliers and processing invoices. You will provide timely customer support pre and post course events including administering and reporting evaluations. You will have the ability to deal with frequently changing and multiple priorities whilst administering and supporting the courses and events. Confident communication and influencing skills are essential.
