Job Purpose:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated member of staff to work with us as a College Support Administrator within our Wellbeing and Learning Support team.
To support the provision of an effective administration and information service for the College. To be the first point of enquiry for the public and support administration for managers. Ensuring an effective service and information flow between departments and curriculum areas.
We are looking for someone who has professional experience in the same or an equivalent role, such as working knowledge of the student lifecycle and its impact on the academic calendar, ability to work as a team to ensure completion of tasks. As well as strong customer service skills with a drive and determination to deliver results.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a warm, approachable manner.
This position is based at the main UHI Inverness campus, but some work on other local campuses may be required. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of an inclusive and forward-thinking institution in a demanding but highly rewarding role.
