The role
The CRM Manager plays a crucial role in managing all outbound communications between the University and its prospective students. Managing a team of nine, the CRM Manager will devise and implement targeted communications strategies to reach a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate audiences, in order to meet the University’s ambitious student recruitment objectives.
What will you be doing?
The CRM Manager is responsible for the design, delivery and implementation of marketing and recruitment campaigns containing CRM-managed communications for UK enquirers, applicants and their key influencers. The role-holder will use a mixture of strong marketing, technical and creative skills, combined with a data-driven approach and detailed knowledge of the University, sector, and our market, to devise, develop and deliver core communications plans. They will complete an operational plan of work involving creating, targeting, and evaluating communications – primarily via email - and championing the use of the CRM system across the University.
You should apply if
If you have experience in CRM and communications, and have a combination of technical, creative, and relationship management skills. Applicants need to be passionate about improving the applicant experience with an ability to work closely and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
While experience in the Higher Education sector is preferred, it is not essential. Applicants should possess outstanding leadership skills and facilitate a positive, dynamic team culture, articulating their vision to the team and wider University.
