About the role
The ‘Great Service’ Programme is one of Imperial’s key strategic initiatives; helping to deliver a world-class professional service to support the University’s word-renowned education and research activities. Specifically, the programme will implement a new system (Oracle Fusion) to deliver a range of improvements across HR, Procurement, Finance and Research Administration. This will include an improved user experience, simplified and consistent processes and data-informed decision making.
As the Senior Training Manager for the Great Service Programme, you will be enabling the effective adoption of the Oracle Fusion system by users across the University.
What you would be doing
You will lead on the strategy, development and delivery of a range of tailored training programmes, ensuring that oracle Fusion users gain the necessary competencies to leverage the system’s capabilities, enhance their operational effectiveness and thereby support the delivery of a world class professional service.
In addition to the programme, you will also share best practice in innovative methods of training strategy, delivery and evaluation to improve knowledge and capabilities across the University. Your efforts will foster a culture of continuous improvement and empower the university community to thrive in a digitally enabled environment.
What we are looking for
You will:
Having knowledge of Oracle Fusion, Oracle Guided Learning and / or experience of delivering training on Oracle Fusion functionality would also be highly desirable.
