We are recruiting a Finance Assistant who can be the first point of contact for all purchasing queries, study related charges and car hire bookings. You will need excellent communication skills as well as being a confident user of Microsoft office, particularly Excel to succeed in this role.

About the job:
This role supports the NIHR BioResource with the placement of orders and all associated activities. The postholder will oversee, maintain, manage and report on all financial aspects of Study recalls and industry study charging.
About you:
Ideally you will have:
- Experience working in an accounts environment
- Demonstrable knowledge of facts, principles, processes and general concepts related to Finance/Purchasing Administration
- Experience of using relevant reporting tools
- Educated to A level standard / NVQ level 3 or equivalent level of practical experience

NIHR BioResource is funded by the National Institute for Health & Care Research (NIHR) on a 5-year funding cycle. It was announced last year that NIHR BioResource will receive new funding over the next 5 years.
Our offices are on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus CB2 0QQ (approximately 2 miles south of the city centre).
