Progress Coach A-Levels (FTC)

Term time only, 38 weeks per year

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Progress Coach to join our passionate A Level team.

What you will do:

• Have a case load of students and oversee and monitor students’ progress, their attendance, and their overall wellbeing.
• Work alongside tutees to ensure that each student is capable of realising their potential.
• Work closely with A-level lecturers and the Head of A-level to support each student’s personal and academic development.

About you – You should:

• Hold GCSE A*- C / 9 – 4 or Level 2 equivalent in English and Maths
• Have experience of supporting students within an educational environment.
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills.  
• Be supportive, engaging and have the ability to motivate and inspire young people to succeed and achieve their full potential.
