Applications are invited for a Research Associate in Lipidomics within the Division of Pharmacy and Optometry at the University of Manchester. The post is available from October 1st 2024 and will be tenable on a fixed term basis for 18 months.
You will contribute to a collaborative project focusing on the development of lipid interventions for skin health. You should be able to interact effectively with researchers from a range of other disciplines to contribute to the programme of research.
You should hold (or expect to be awarded shortly) a PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant biological or bioanalytical discipline or equivalent, and have experience, or willingness to develop experience, in all relevant aspects of lipid cell biology, bioanalysis and mass spectrometry lipidomics.
