The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of high-quality administrative support for business processes in the School of Education, Learning and Communications Sciences (SELCS). Working both in a team and independently, this post will provide day-to-day administrative support for business administration processes including, HR, Finance and infrastructure processes and will deliver excellent customer service by providing information, guidance and support for students, staff and external partners and organisations. The post will also provide administrative support to heads of each unit of SELCS and senior managers in the School.
About You
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, versatile, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. You will take ownership of your tasks, ensuring compliance with all procedures, regulations, and quality standards, while actively supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
You will maintain accurate data records, generate reports, and ensure information is current and accessible. You will handle inquiries professionally, support meetings by taking minutes and action points, and manage financial and HR administration tasks with confidence.
Adaptability, commitment to professional development, and a proactive approach are essential. You will provide high-quality service across various functions, including finance, HR, infrastructure management, and project support
