UEA Catering Services is seeking an enthusiastic, creative and experienced Chef de Partie to join our large and busy catering department within the University. From bulk production, restaurant style service, to elegant fine dining events, this position gives you the opportunity to show your culinary flair.
Working with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, you will be required to prepare and serve food for our outlets, events and hospitality. Included in your duties you will be managing stock, following recipes for each dish to ensure consistency, minimising waste and maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment which meets high standards.
