Faculty / Directorate
The Directorate offers full-service marketing and communications support to the university, comprising brand and creative development; design and print services; corporate and student recruitment marketing campaigns; CRM and conversion campaigns; faculty marketing and recruitment; reputation management; media relations; internal and external communications engagement; events; schools and colleges engagement; Widening Participation; enquiry management and follow up; web and digital development and market insight.
Role
We are looking to recruit an Admissions Administrator who is highly motivated, culturally aware to support in the delivery of excellent customer service, application processing consistent with Faculty and International offer strategies and enquiry handling.
To provide accurate information and advice relating to admissions and recruitment issues to colleagues required assisting in conversion activity as required.
The admissions administrator role will be to support processing times for applications whilst ensuring the highest standard of data quality, adherence to the Student Admissions Policy and all other relevant external body and statutory requirements during the main admissions cycle, Confirmation and Clearing.
Administration, organisation and participation in selection events and applicant open days and other recruitment/promotional events. Assisting in support of student registration and induction events and any other event where the admissions function should be represented.
The role will require working remotely alongside the wider admissions team members supporting peaks in workload and knowledge sharing as required.
Ideal Candidate
The Admissions Administrators will be responsible for providing administrative support within a specific team but will also be expected to be flexible in relation to their own responsibilities. Working closely with the other Admissions Administrators, Admissions Officers and Admissions Managers to ensure that admissions work is prioritised to meet the strategic objectives of the university.
You will have proven skills in the organisation and implementation of a high-quality customer focused administrative service and a strong commitment to providing first-class customer service.
