Job Overview:
A vacancy has become available in our busy café which serves our students and staff. We have 4 cafés within the University, and you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while ensuring they receive outstanding service.
The role will include serving hot and cold food to customers, having excellent product knowledge and upselling products. You will work alongside a professional and diverse team.
You must have previous experience of working in a catering environment with both front of house and back of house experience, excellent customer service skills and relevant Food Hygiene certification.
The post-holder will be expected to work flexibly to meet the demands of the service.
