This post is full time, and has funding for up to 12 months.
The School of Mathematics & Statistics is looking for a Research Associate to make a leading contribution to an EPSRC-funded Impact Acceleration project validating, documenting and further developing research codes, using ABAQUS software, for the design of aortic stent grafts for translation to Terumo Aortic, working with Professor Nicholas Hill and Dr Sean McGinty. The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications and research proposals as well as help manage and direct this complex and challenging project as opportunities allow.
