Who we are
London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) offers our students a wide range of accredited programmes within the creative arts and contemporary business fields. With a broad network of industry connections, aided by our association with University College of Arts (UCA) and various other industry leading brands, we allow our students to get a real feel for working within the fashion, graphic design and the business space by embarking on a journey which is designed to meet our students’ academic and personal demands.
LCCA offers students a unique industry-centred exposure to get students ready for their next step by adopting blended learning approaches delivered via workshops, lectures, fieldtrips, seminars, hosting sector leading subject-matter renowned experts from around the world and various other networking opportunities - therefore adopting a practical approach in the delivery of our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
At the very heart of our vision is a student-centred learning and teaching methodology which is progressive, forward-thinking, modern, and designed to meet our learners’ needs.
The Role
We are looking for a Dean of Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes. The ideal candidate will have a distinct skill set; a ‘can-do’ attitude - and should demonstrate the consistent ability to put the core elements of our learning and teaching philosophy into practice, both in the strategic implementation of experiential teaching activities and in the management of high-class teaching delivery.
As Dean, you will be a motivated individual who understands the value of good communication, management, quality assurance and the development of best practice in learning and teaching. You will have relevant experience of developing and managing programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels with the ability to lead a range of academic staff.
You will oversee the quality of the teaching on all programmes within the department, and will work with teams to build best practice and to support high rates of student achievement, engagement and satisfaction.
Why join us

Our institutional culture was built upon our history and values.
