The role
Working alongside the School Manager and Head of School, you will be responsible for supporting the operational management of the School, including people management, research, finance and teaching administration functions. You will be responsible for supporting a defined portfolio of business areas, including research support, academic workload, and equality, diversity and inclusion. You will directly line manage and develop colleagues within the School’s administrative support function, ensuring appropriate implementation at School level of University and Faculty policies.
This is an exciting new role for the School of Mathematics to support our continued growth which will allow you to further develop and draw on your excellent management, problem-solving and communication skills.
