Background
City, University of London and East London Foundation NHS Trust are jointly leading the research programme – PEGASUS – aiming to reduce risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD) among people with severe mental illness (SMI).
This role is to provide high level administrative support to the PEGASUS Project Team. The PEGASUS Project Team are located within the Department of Nursing in the School of Health & Psychological Sciences. The post holder is responsible for a full range of duties including provision of an efficient and effective administrative, secretarial and clerical service to the academic, clinical and research staff within the PEGASUS Project Team.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to provide excellent research administration including excellent meeting organisation; will be responsible for processing payments to public participants and be able to produce clear reports relating to the project statistics.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will need to have experience of working in an research administrative role, with a wide range of customers dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
