About the Project:
The current project aims to provide a power system-driven design and optimisation of the control schemes and power electronic interfaces of the flow battery under development by HalioGen Power. The key objective of the project is the development of an advanced Energy Management System (EMS) that will unlock the battery's potential for various applications, such as microgrids and energy communities. By combining the EMS with the battery system, its battery management system (BMS) and the power electronic interfaces, this project will deliver a comprehensive, market-ready solution for the integration of the reliable and efficient flow battery system into power systems.
