As The College of Legal Practice’s student numbers grow, so we look to strengthening the management of our academic programmes through an experienced programme manager.
This role requires a strong knowledge of Higher Education procedures, and is central to the leadership and management of our Level 6 and 7 academic programmes. The aim of the role is to directly manage teaching staff and the curriculum. This will include overseeing and reporting on the quality and delivery of the teaching and learning at a module and programme level.
The Programme Manager will work closely with the Head of Curriculum Design and Development and the Chief Executive Officer to enhance quality and ensure we utilise our teaching resources efficiently. To be successful in this role, you will need to have worked collaboratively in higher education with a range of stakeholders. You will also need to demonstrate experience of managing complex teaching schedules to ensure the most effective use of staff resources.
The Programme Manager will be accountable to the Head of Curriculum Design and Development but will work closely to inform and support the operational development and delivery of the curriculum as appropriate in a growing organisation. They will also work closely with the Registrar, Student Services Team and the Senior Administrative Manager.
The teaching at the College is fully virtual in an inclusive and supportive team. We are interested in applications from those available on a full-time basis, with some flexibility offered in working hours.

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days plus statutory holidays
