We are looking for a Student Administration and Casework Officer to join the busy Registry team at St Mary’s University. Registry are responsible for the provision and delivery of all centrally managed services from enrolment to graduation. The successful candidate will lead on managing student casework (Academic Appeals, Academic Misconduct, Conduct and Complaints and extenuating circumstances) as well as providing support to the wider assessment and student records teams.
To be successful, you should have knowledge and understanding of working in academic administration within a Higher Education environment. Ideally, you will also have knowledge of student databases (such as SITS) and a background in a Registry/Student Administration function. Whilst not essential, experience in managing student casework and extenuating circumstances would be an advantage in this role.
