Do you have experience of developing and supporting income generating activities such as bids or tenders? Is engaging with partners and working on a broad range of projects something that motivates you? If so, this role could be for you.
The University of Lincoln has a long-term ambition to establish a global reputation for research, knowledge exchange, and impact. To support us in achieving our growth aims we are recruiting for a proactive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic Research Development Officer to join our Research Development Team within the Research and Enterprise Department.
This role will drive research bidding activity across the University, working with a range of national, EU and International funding bodies, to identify and maximise new opportunities for external income generation. The post holder will closely collaborate with a wide range of internal and external partners, developing and delivering engagement events and workshops to upskill and promote opportunities.
You will have experience of working in an income generation environment, of building relationships and stakeholder engagement, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
We would be open to discussing a potential flexible working pattern for the right candidate, however the position will not be offered as fully remote. If you would like further information or an informal discussion about this exciting opportunity, please contact Jessica Boot-Marshall, Industrial Partnerships Manager at jbootmarshall@lincoln.ac.uk.
