This role will be based at GCU London
GCU London is the London-based postgraduate campus of Glasgow Caledonian University. GCU London is now looking to appoint a Student Life Campus Administrator to cover a maternity leave for up to 12 months.
The post holder will be actively involved in helping students engaged in studying a wide variety of subject areas at postgraduate taught level. The Student Life Administrator is expected to work as part of a team to deliver effective, customer focused and consistent services.
The successful candidate will have relevant administrative experience, ideally in a student facing role, and will demonstrate strong service delivery experience. The ability to exercise initiative and show a high degree of responsibility is a prerequisite of the role. They will be an excellent communicator and will be responsive, courteous and highly organised.
