Based at the world-class facilities at Loughborough University, the Academy is a centre of excellence for developing the next generation of American football talent.
The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Graduate Strength & Conditioning Coach to support the athletic development of NFL Academy athletes. You will work alongside a highly experienced team of coaches, sports scientists, and medical staff to help optimise performance, enhance physical preparation, and reduce injury risk.
Normal working pattern will be Monday to Friday, although some weekends, evenings and bank holidays will be required on occasion (for which there is a 7.5% flexibility allowance).
