We are looking for a Research Technician in insect reproductive genetics and epigenetics. This post is advertised as full-time (35 hours per week), however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced research technician (RT) who will contribute to the efficient day-to-day running of the lab, as well as to plan and carry out experimental work. The main job purpose is to assist with ongoing research on the reproductive genetics and chromosome behaviour of several insect study systems. This will involve conducting experiments and preforming genetic and cytogenetic analyses. We therefore require a candidate suitably qualified in a relevant field.
