The Role
Coventry University currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Automation Manager to help CUOL with the establishment of GrowCo, a function within CUOL that will develop a strong marketing, sales and recruitment team allowing us to deliver to an even greater cohort of students from across the globe. This is pivotal role in helping GrowCo for developing and optimising marketing automation strategies to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
This is an exciting prospect for an experienced and highly capable Market Automation professional to assist in the scaling and advancement of the University’s online and distance learning initiative. You will lead the execution of targeted and personalised marketing campaigns while leveraging automation tools to streamline processes.
Working with the GrowCo Commercial Lead, implement a short and long-term marketing automation strategy for each stage of the customer lifecycle, aligned with overall GrowCo growth objectives. Lead the execution of automated marketing journeys and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for automated marketing campaigns.
Our Successful Candidate
We are looking for a passionate individual for digital technology and the latest innovations in e-learning and the ability to stay abreast of the latest digital trends. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent or equivalent experience, and have proven experience in a related business and marketing management role.
You will be tech savvy with an in-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms (MAPs), CRM, web analytic and design tools and principles. High level operational experience in designing use of MarTech.
Experience of setting up automated campaigns in marketing automation platforms, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and evidence of optimising marketing strategies and lead scoring.
This role is based in Milton Keynes with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
