This post is full time, and has funding for up to 24 months.
The University of Glasgow is seeking to appoint a Research Associate within the School of Computing Science to make a leading contribution to Agile Research Network research projects working with Dr. Peggy Gregory. The aim is to undertake empirical research, write research papers and identify improvements to practice in conjunction with collaborators. The post holder will apply their methodological expertise and experience whilst working alongside other academic members of the team.
We are looking for an outstanding candidate with a proven track record and the potential to conduct research at the highest international level. Educated to PhD level in a relevant subject, the successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of agile software development and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues. Utilising strong organisation skills, the successful candidate will be able to work to targets and deadlines whilst also undertaking independent research and producing excellent academic writing.
