University College Birmingham is recruiting for the role of Accommodation Officer to join our friendly accommodation team, which is a part of the Student Services / Estates department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of the residents in halls. They will oversee welfare, behaviour and wellbeing of residents living on-site in UCB accommodation.
The Accommodation Officer will provide a supportive and friendly environment for UCB students and key stakeholders, ensuring that the accommodation is always maintained to a high standard.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with customer service experience, strong computer and administration skills, who ideally has experience of dealing with students and organising events. You will have strong observational skills and problem-solving abilities.
