About the role
We are seeking a self-directed individual to take up the brand-new Head of Partnership role at our recently formed Universities for North East England (UNEE) collaboration. This initiative builds on existing connections between the partners, while signalling a new commitment to working together more closely for the benefit of the region.
The role holder will work with senior leaders in the five universities to establish and embed the collaboration, shaping and managing its agenda and priorities. The post holder will be employed directly by Northumbria University but will work on behalf of all five North East Universities: Durham, Newcastle, Northumbria, Sunderland and Teesside.
The key role of the UNEE collaboration will be advocacy, for both the five universities and the broader region collectively.
