About us
The netball programme based at the University of Bath has led the way in developing high-performance netballers for over 20 years, many of whom have gone on to achieve unrivalled success both domestically and internationally.
As netball in the UK begins its new chapter, transitioning towards professionalism, we are delighted that the Blue & Gold legacy will continue to live on as Team Bath Netball remain the custodians of England Netball’s Player Pathway in the southwest region – including representation in the U23/feeder league, a newly-formed league underpinning the Netball Super League.
The Netball Manager role is responsible for the development and delivery of a co-ordinated netball programme, encompassing pathway and community activities, which supports the Aims and Objectives of the University Strategy for Sport; the development and management of the TB Performance Pathway across the region; and the long-term ambition of bringing elite netball back to the southwest region.
You will be responsible for leading on all business, administration and commercial aspects of the Team Bath Netball programme and will work in close partnership with the Academy Head Coach who will lead on and be responsible for all performance aspects of the programme.
