The newly launched Oxford-Hyundai Motor Group Foresight Centre at the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School is leading the way in cutting-edge research on strategic foresight. Funded by Hyundai Motor Group, this innovative research hub is directed by world-class faculty members Professor Rafael Ramirez (Director) and Dr Trudi Lang (Co-Director).
The Centre is committed to advancing both scholarly and practical understanding of how foresight informs business strategy, focusing on high-impact global themes. We are seeking a motivated individual to support our research activities and join our expert team, including post-doctoral scholars, as we conduct research that will shape the future of business.

Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting literature reviews, surveys, interviews, and thematic analyses.
- Supporting the development and management of case studies, databases, and research publications.
- Collaborating with directors and scholars to ensure high-quality, timely research outputs.
- Preparing ethics applications, managing online surveys, and analysing qualitative and quantitative data.
- Assisting with editing research papers, preparing for conferences, and coding research data.
Ideal Candidate:
- A background in qualitative social science research (e.g., literature reviews, interviews, case studies).
- Proficiency in data visualisation and qualitative/quantitative methods.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing research projects.
